Ikoeco Ltd was formed by the inventor and concept designer Mr Roger D Payn, and started its life in Cambridgeshire England where Mr Payn lives and has other business interests.  Ikoeco also has a factory and offices in Roi Et, Thailand, plus representatives in Shanghai and Guangdong China.
